What Is the Working Principle Of the Mobile VSI Sand Making Plant
The Mobile VSI Sand Making Plant crushes material through high-speed impact force generated by the VSI sand making machine.
Material is fed into the crusher through the feeding system and accelerated by the high-speed rotor. The material is then thrown against the impact liner or collides with other materials inside the crushing chamber, achieving crushing and shaping through the “rock-on-rock” or “rock-on-iron” crushing principle.
After crushing, the material is conveyed to the vibrating screen for classification. Qualified sand and aggregate are discharged as final products, while oversized material is returned to the VSI crusher for further crushing.
This closed-circuit production process ensures uniform particle size, excellent grain shape, and stable sand production efficiency.
