What Is the Working Principle Of the Mobile Jaw Crusher Plant
The working principle of the Mobile Jaw Crusher is that the material is evenly transported to the crusher through the feeder. After the jaw crusher performs preliminary crushing, it forms a closed-circuit system through the circular vibrating screen to achieve cyclic crushing of the material. The finished material is output by the conveyor for continuous crushing. The Wheeled Jaw Crusher Plants can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs to achieve direct preliminary crushing of the material. How Long Does it Take to Set up and Start Crushing After Arrival on Site?
Under normal conditions, setup and commissioning takes 2–4 hours. This includes deploying the hydraulic support legs, connecting power, and running a short no-load test before feeding material.
Can the Plant be Towed by a Standard Semi-trailer Tractor?
Yes. The gooseneck drawbar is designed for connection to standard semi-trailer tractors. For most road classes, no special transport permits are required. We recommend confirming local road regulations for oversize loads before transport.
What is the Maximum Feed Size the Plant Can Accept?
Up to 1,200mm, depending on the jaw crusher model configured. Please confirm the expected maximum feed size when requesting a quote so we can select the appropriate jaw opening.
Can the Vibrating Screen be Removed for Open-circuit Operation?
Yes. The circular vibrating screen can be disconnected and the plant operated in open-circuit mode when feeding a secondary crusher or when the output size specification allows for direct discharge.
