Product Overview
What is a Mobile Impact Crusher Plant?
The Mobile Impact Crusher Plant from Henan Anshun Machinery is a wheeled, road-mobile crushing and screening solution built around a PF series impact crusher. Designed for medium-hard materials – limestone, construction and demolition waste, concrete rubble, and mixed aggregate – it delivers not just size reduction, but superior particle shape, producing a cubical end product that meets the strict gradation requirements of road construction, concrete production, and recycled aggregate standards. The plant integrates a heavy-duty vibrating feeder, PF series impact crusher, three-deck circular vibrating screen, and belt conveyors onto a single road-legal wheeled chassis. Like all Anshun mobile plants, it requires no permanent foundation – drive it in, level it, connect power, and start producing within hours.Where a jaw crusher is the workhorse of primary crushing, the impact crusher is the precision instrument of secondary and tertiary reduction – delivering tighter output gradation, better particle shape, and higher proportion of saleable product per tonne of feed.

-
Easy Installation
The mobile impact crusher has a flexible parking function and quickly enters the working mode.

What Is the Working Principle Of the Mobile Impact Crusher Plant
The mobile impact crusher has an external power drive host and an auxiliary motor drive crusher station. After the material is evenly transported to the impact crusher by the feeder, it is crushed through a circular vibrating screen to form a closed-circuit system to achieve cyclic crushing, and the finished material is output by the conveyor.
The mobile impact crusher can be "feeder + impact crusher + vibrating screen" or "impact crusher + vibrating screen." It can be specifically configured according to actual production needs to achieve direct crushing of broken materials, or it can be used with other crushing equipment for convenient and flexible operation.

What is the Difference Between a Mobile Impact Crusher and a Mobile Jaw Crusher – which one do I need?
A jaw crusher is best for primary crushing of hard, abrasive rock (granite, basalt, iron ore) where durability under high compressive force is the priority. An impact crusher is best for secondary or tertiary crushing of medium-hard materials (limestone, concrete waste, dolomite) where particle shape and output gradation are the priority. For most aggregate and recycling applications, the two are used together in sequence: jaw crusher first, impact crusher second.
Can the Mobile Impact Crusher Process Construction and Demolition Waste Directly?
Yes, provided the feed contains no large steel reinforcement bars. Rebar longer than approximately 300mm can wrap around the rotor and cause damage. A pre-screening or manual removal step is recommended for heavily reinforced concrete demolition waste before feeding the impact crusher.
How Often do Blow Bars and Impact Plates Need to be Replaced?
For limestone and concrete waste, blow bars typically last 200–500 operating hours depending on feed hardness and throughput rate. Impact plates last longer – typically 2–3 times the blow bar interval. We stock blow bars and impact plates for all PF series models for fast dispatch.
What Output Sizes Can the Plant Produce?
Output size is determined by the gap setting on the impact plates and the screen mesh sizes fitted to the vibrating screen. Typical configurations produce 0–31.5mm or 0–50mm total product, separated into 2–4 size fractions by the three-deck screen. Custom screen mesh sizes are available on request.
Can this Plant Operate as a Standalone Unit or Does it Need a Jaw Crusher Upstream?
It can operate standalone when fed directly by excavator or wheel loader with material already at ≤500mm feed size. For run-of-mine material or large quarry blasts with feed sizes exceeding 500mm, a primary jaw crusher upstream is required.
Is Remote Installation Guidance Available?
Yes – remote commissioning guidance via video call is provided at no charge for all Anshun mobile plants. On-site engineer dispatch is available as an optional paid service.
