Product Overview
What is a Mobile Cone Crusher Plant?
The Mobile Cone Crusher Plant from Henan Anshun Machinery is a wheeled crushing solution designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard to hard materials such as granite, basalt, river stone, and iron ore.
The plant integrates a cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyors, and electrical control system onto a single chassis, allowing fast installation and convenient relocation between job sites.
Using the laminated crushing principle, the cone crusher produces well-shaped aggregates with stable gradation, making it ideal for quarrying, mining, and aggregate production. Available in spring cone, Symons cone, and hydraulic cone configurations, the plant can be matched to different production requirements and material conditions.

-
Closed-Circuit Crushing System
Integrated vibrating screen returns oversized material for re-crushing, ensuring stable output size.

-
Flexible Mobility
Wheeled chassis design allows fast relocation between quarry and mining sites.

-
Lower Wear Cost
Compared with impact crushers, cone crushers offer lower wear consumption for hard rock processing.

What Is the Working Principle Of the Mobile Cone Crusher Plant
The working principle of the mobile cone crusher is that the material is evenly transported to the cone crusher by the feeder. After the cone crusher is initially crushed, a closed-circuit system is formed through the circular vibrating screen to realize the cyclic crushing of the material. The finished material is output by the conveyor for continuous crushing. The wheeled mobile cone crusher + mobile vibrating screen plant can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs to realize the direct initial crushing of the material. It is convenient and flexible to use with other crushing equipment.
Get QuoteFAQ
Is a Mobile Cone Crusher Suitable for Granite and Basalt?
Yes. Mobile cone crusher plants are specifically designed for medium-hard to high-hardness materials such as granite, basalt, quartz, and river stone. Compared with impact crushers, cone crushers offer better wear resistance and lower operating costs for abrasive rock.
What is the Difference Between a Mobile Cone Crusher and a Mobile Impact Crusher?
A mobile cone crusher is mainly used for hard rock crushing and produces more consistent aggregate with lower wear cost. A mobile impact crusher is generally better suited for softer materials such as limestone or construction waste where better particle shaping is required.
Do I Need a Jaw Crusher Before a Mobile Cone Crusher?
In most cases, yes. A mobile cone crusher is usually used as a secondary or tertiary crushing machine after a jaw crusher. The jaw crusher handles large feed material, while the cone crusher reduces material to the required aggregate size.
How do I Choose the Right Mobile Cone Crusher Model?
The correct model depends on material type, feed size, required capacity, discharge size, and project conditions. For example, granite and basalt projects with high capacity requirements often use hydraulic cone crusher models, while smaller aggregate plants may choose spring cone configurations.
What Output Size Can a Mobile Cone Crusher Plant Produce?
Output size depends on the crusher chamber type and screen configuration. Common finished products include 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, and 20–31.5 mm aggregates for concrete, asphalt, and road construction.
What is the Advantage of a Hydraulic Cone Crusher Over a Spring Cone Crusher?
Hydraulic cone crushers generally provide higher automation, overload protection, easier adjustment, and higher crushing efficiency. Spring cone crushers are more cost-effective and suitable for projects with lower investment budgets.
What is the Wear Cost of a Mobile Cone Crusher Plant?
For hard rock applications, mobile cone crushers typically have lower wear cost than impact crushers. Wear part life depends on material hardness, moisture, feed condition, and operating parameters.
Can the Plant be Customized According to My Project?
Yes. The mobile cone crusher plant can be customized with different cone crusher models, vibrating screens, conveyors, electrical systems, and optional equipment according to your material and capacity requirements.
