① The processing capacities listed in the table are based on the grinding of limestone (SiO₂ < 1%) to a product fineness of 80% passing through the sieve.
② Our combined sales and technical team offers one-on-one service tailored to your specific production requirements, including material characteristics, process specifications, and capacity needs.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Upgraded Core Grinding Component Structure

The YGM-Q European-style heavy-duty mill features a robust grinding assembly designed with a focus on grinding efficiency and service life, achieving several key technical breakthroughs. The suspension assembly has been upgraded to a conical structure, significantly enhancing durability and reducing air resistance. The grinding roller assembly utilizes a floating seal combined with a multi-component sealing structure to effectively prevent dust ingress, extending service life by more than three times compared to traditional designs. Wear-prone parts are made from upgraded wear-resistant materials, prolonging operational life and reducing both replacement costs and downtime.

    Upgraded Core Grinding Component Structure
  • Diverse Classifier Options to Meet Various Fineness Requirements

Three optional classifier configurations—coarse powder, vane-disc, and cage-type ultrafine—are available to meet diverse user requirements regarding product fineness and to optimize the balance between fineness and output. Users can select either a vane-disc classifier or a cage-type classifier based on specific needs; variable frequency drives (VFDs) regulate rotational speed, allowing for adjustable fineness within the 80–600 mesh range. The vane-disc classifier offers low energy consumption and is suitable for producing coarse to medium-fine powders (up to approximately 200 mesh/D90).

Diverse Classifier Options to Meet Various Fineness Requirements
  • Upgraded Air Circulation and Eco-friendly Dust Removal Systems

The system employs a heavy-duty blower for efficient airflow regulation. Features such as curved air ducts and a resistance-free inlet volute minimize air resistance and ensure smooth material flow. The system operates without dust leakage; residual air is processed by a pulse-jet bag filter, which ensures rapid, automatic dust cleaning and high removal efficiency, maintaining a dust-free workshop environment.

Upgraded Air Circulation and Eco-friendly Dust Removal Systems
  • Optional Open-Circuit System

An open-circuit system configuration is available to meet specific user needs. This allows the milling system to operate under constant negative pressure, ensuring stable, continuous operation at a constant temperature—delivering safety, reliability, high efficiency, and energy savings.

  • Optimized Drive and Lubrication Systems

The mill utilizes a new gear transmission system, ensuring reliable, smooth operation and facilitating ease of use and maintenance. The YGMQ1500 and YGMQ1900 models utilize an integrated split-type arc gear drive system; this reduces the number of transmission components and significantly improves drive efficiency. Additionally, the adoption of a circulating oil lubrication system eliminates the need for frequent manual lubrication, thereby reducing maintenance time and costs.

What Is the Working Principle of the YGM-Q European Type Strength Grinding Mill

Raw materials with suitable particle sizes are fed into the main machine via the feeding system (vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, screw feeder, or air-lock feeder, etc.). Under centrifugal force, the high-speed rotating grinding rollers roll tightly against the grinding ring.

Shovel blades scoop up the materials and send them into the grinding zone formed between the rollers and the ring, where the materials are pulverized into powder under pressure. Driven by the blower, the ground powder is blown upward through the classifier. Qualified powder passes through the classifier, while unqualified powder is intercepted and returns to the grinding chamber for further grinding.
